Zonin 1821 Prosecco

A bright, pale straw-yellow Prosecco with a fine mousse and delicate perlage. Crafted using the traditional Charmat method, this sparkling wine offers an intensely fruity and aromatic bouquet, featuring notes of wisteria and Rennet apple. On the palate, it is well-balanced and refreshing, with a subtle almond finish typical of Glera grapes. Best enjoyed chilled at 6–8°C, it makes an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully with light dishes such as bruschetta, salads, vegetarian pasta, and pizza - even complementing mild desserts.
