Zuccardi Polígonos Gualtallary Cabernet Franc comes from high-altitude vineyards in Gualtallary (1300 m) in the Uco Valley, where sandy, calcareous soils rich in calcium carbonate shape an elegant and mineral-driven expression of the variety. Gorgeous aromas of dark fruit, lavender and stones. Very floral with lovely integrated tannins and salty, minerally and oyster-shell character. Very unique and fresh, with no wood intervention, concrete-aged.
