Vuurzee is an elegant, sparkling, award-winning, brut beer. Brewed with yeast with a sparkling character and hand-picked pinot noir grapes from our own vineyard in the Netherlands. The sparkling yeast gives Vuurzee a fresh, slightly acidic character and a fine mousse in the mouth. The light tannins from the grape skin provide a subtle bitterness. The result?
