Mouton Cadet Rosé x Mathilde

This fresh and succulent, organic and vegan rosé is made with Merlot, the king of Bordeaux grape varieties, ruffled by sea breezes from the Atlantic Ocean which give the wine its freshness. An initial burst of intense lemon quickly makes way for fresh red fruit aromas, especially raspberry and cherry. A supple and fruit-forward attack on raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant flavours leads into a mid-palate with the succulence of freshly-picked fruit, followed by a fresh grapefruit and lychee finish.
