A single vineyard Pinot Noir – rich and satisfying – with five years ageing in our cellars. Aromas and flavours of baked pear, greengage, rich buttery croissants, vanilla bean and toasted almonds. Great complexity and richness but with an electric and fresh finish, beautifully balanced acidity and a savoury mineral core.
