This Champagne Brut comes from Chouilly – a terroir with a limestone soil – and is made exclusively of Chardonnay. A pleasant lemon yellow color with highlights and a fine mousse. On the nose the wine is really fresh and lively. It exhales notes of citrus, lemon with grapefruit dominance.
