Altos Ibéricos is a powerful and prestigious brand that hails from the heart of La Rioja, produced by Familia Torres. Dark ruby colour, with beautiful pigment. Intense aroma of red forest berries (raspberry) and cherry jam, with a backdrop of liquorice and toasted notes. On the palate, it is velvety, with a delicious tannin of smooth and fine texture, well-evolved in its maturation in oak and in the bottle. Pairs well with game meat, whether grilled, roasted or stewed, as well as with pasta in tomato sauce. It goes particularly well with roast lamb, grilled vegetables and sheep's cheeses. Idea
