With around 40% Chardonnay, most of which is grown on the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, in the blend this charming Champagne has a lightness of touch and real elegance. And being aged for three years on its lees and one in bottle before release gives it extra layers of complexity. It’s full of honeysuckle and brioche notes and has a surprisingly lengthy finish.
