The pretty light straw yellow color of this champagne is animated by a beautiful texture of fine and light bubbles. On the nose, it evokes smells of green apple, apricot, fresh almond, to evolve on notes of pomegranate, with aniseed accents. On the palate, it is rich and fruity, supported by a tight citrus acidity. The Pinot Noir brings structure and vinosity. The finish is delicate and saline, leaving a lingering sea breeze.
