Dosage : Zéro or D : Z naturally extends the path trodden by the Maison since its foundation: the pursuit of purity, energy and playing with the pitfalls which our terroir, sometimes austere, can bring if one lacks the patience.Made from first pressing and blended from 30 crus dominated by the Northern Montagne de Reims and beginning of the Marne Valley for the Meunier which in this cuvée takes the spotlight (50%). It is vinified in old oak barrels (50%) with the perpetual reserve making up 50% of the blend for an intensified autolysis. Aged three years on lees and six months post disgorgement
