This dry white wine is made according to the Georgian tradition in an earthenware clay vessel (qvevri) and is fermented on the grape skins. Lightly golden, with rich aromas of white plum, white cherry jam and thyme in a harmonious union with light oak notes. Refreshing acidity, delicate tannins a velvety prolonged finish.
