Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru Les Sorbets 2020 is a refined Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. Grown on clay-limestone soils at 250m altitude, the wine is aged for 16–17 months in oak barrels (35–40% new). It opens with an intense nose of raspberry, blackcurrant, and cherry, layered with smoky oak, forest floor, and spice. The palate is fleshy and full-bodied, offering a harmonious balance of fruit, structure, and silky tannins.
