Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaucopins 2021 is a refined Chardonnay from the northernmost part of Burgundy. Pale yellow in color with soft reflections, it opens with expressive aromas of green apple, citrus, apricot, and chalky minerality. The palate is dry, elegant, and finely acidic, showing notes of candied fruit, quince, and a touch of milk caramel and subtle oak.
