Barbaresco Nubiola Pelissero 2021

Nubiola 2021 is a classic Barbaresco crafted from 100% Nebbiolo sourced from six small plots across Treiso, Barbaresco, and Neive. Aged 18 months in a mix of barriques and large oak casks, it reveals a vibrant ruby hue with garnet edges. The nose is layered with red cherry, dried rose, tea leaf, and hints of cedar and iron. On the palate, it’s taut and elegant, with juicy fruit, firm tannins, and lively acidity. Notes of rosehip, mint, and spice linger on a long, mineral-driven finish.
