Raventos Blanc de Blancs

A blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Malvasia de Sitges sourced primarily from the estate's La Plana vineyard, a gently sloping site situated at 120-170 metres above sea level on clay over limestone soils. Each variety was vinified separately and fermented in stainless-steel tanks using native yeasts. The wine was aged on the lees for a minimum of 18 months. A minimal dosage of 5g/l frames the wine's purity of fruit. Delicate notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and soft Mediterranean herbs. There is a wonderfully pure, saline freshness and bright acidity.
