Avión silver is the purest expression of our 100% blue weber agave hand-selected and hand-harvested after maturing for at least 5 years. It is then slow roasted for two days in brick ovens to perfect the caramelization and to bring out richer agave flavors. We finish by double-distilling in small batches to create the purest quality tequila. This is the meticulous process that goes into crafting our award-winning and elevated ultra-premium tequila.
