Aromas of baked apple, citrus (lemon/lime), pear and sweet spice (vanilla, butterscotch). There are also hints of toast and oak, plus a creamy, slightly waxy or leesy undertone. The palate is medium to full-bodied, rich in texture with tropical fruit and orchard fruit flavours, supported by bright, zesty acidity. The oak adds complexity without dominating. The finish is long with a mineral edge and subtle woody notes.
