Los Vascos Sauvignon Blanc

Refreshing guava, gooseberries, green apples and green olives. Crisp, bone-dry and elegant on the palate, showing punchy acidity and lightness. Simple and a little light, but certainly gastronomic and should go very well with most seafood.
