Orin Swift Blank Stare

This 2022 Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc pours a bright pale gold with an enticing shimmer of jade. Opening aromatics pilfer from the glass as it pours - notes of key lime, Granny Smith apple and hints of grapefruit, white pepper, frangipani and minerality. On the palate, the entry is crisp and fresh with bright lemon-lime, a touch of grapefruit and guava. The mid-palate and finish complement each other with a delicate and elegant fade of tropical mangosteen and lychee framed by youthful acidity.
