Plagios Sideways White

After pre-fermentation maceration, the Chardonnayis fermented in new oak barrels, where it is left for a few months on the fine lees to round out its rich character and acquire a fat flavor. It has a straw-yellow color with green hues. Its expressive nose exudes aromas of ripe fruit (melon, apricot, pineapple) and notes of lemon, minerals and flowers against an elegant backdrop of vanilla and hazelnut. It has a rich mouth-feel, with a creamy texture, expansive taste and good structure. Its acidity gives freshness, balances out its sweetness and adds elegance.
