Pierre Peters Reserve Oubliee, Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru NV

The blend of the Réserve Oubliée is comprised of a part of each of 56 parcels of Chardonnay from the villages of Le Mesnil, Oger, Avize and Cramant, all classified Grand-Cru and enriched with the addition of more than 20 different vintages. This blend, which began with the 1988 vintage, is inspired by the method of perpetual reserves.
